Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Crossville, Tennessee
• 13-week contract
• Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 5x8 hours
• Float required
• On-call: 15 days/month, plus 48-hour call every other weekend and PRN
• Bi-weekly orientation

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date
• Color Blind Testing Online within 12 months prior to start date
• Core Part I, Core Part II, and Core Part III
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam within 12 months of start, with a score of 80% or higher
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification
• 2 supervisory references
• 7-year work history with no gaps over 30 days without explanation
• Unit-specific skills checklist within the last year
• Drivers License/State ID
• Background Check
• Background Check - SSN Trace
• Physical Exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• TB Questionnaire
• Drug Testing
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation - 2026-27 for assignments starting 8/24 and later
