Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
• Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in a(n) Home Health setting

Job Expectations

• May visit up to 6 patients per day
• 1:1 ratio
• Must see 5–6 patients per day to meet productivity expectations
• Own transportation is required
• Occasional travel radius may exceed 50 miles
• Timely communication and documentation are required

Schedule Notes

• Weekends may be used to meet productivity
• On-call is not required
• Local candidates are accepted
• First-time travelers are not accepted

Additional Information

• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week, with exceptions during ramp-up, holiday weeks, and time off weeks
• Compliance takes about 2 weeks
• Parking is free
• Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard rate
• Any color scrubs are allowed
