Role

• Travel/Contract RN
• Primary unit: MS
• Floats to ICU when needed

Location

• Silverton, Oregon

Schedule

• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:30–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• Weekends: every 3rd
• Must be able and willing to work Thanksgiving and 1 other holiday, including the eves

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic
• Must be willing to float as requested
• Must complete assigned education within one week of assignment
• RN medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam
• 2 professional references
• Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
• Tdap within 10 years of start, or signed declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year prior to start
• TB questionnaire
• Measles immunity or 2 vaccines
• Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
• Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
• Hepatitis B immunity and 3-dose vaccine series, or signed declination
• Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccine or signed declination during flu season
• COVID vaccine documentation or declination
• Respiratory clearance
• Criminal background check
• State license verification

Notes

• Refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation of the contract
• Low census cancellation may occur one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty
