Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Wichita Falls, Texas.
• Start date: ASAP, with 10/19 or 11/2 noted.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Shift: Night, 3x12 or 4x12, 19:00–7:00.
• Hours: 36 hours per week; 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee.

Role Details

• Strong cardiac background is needed.
• The unit handles a heavy cardiac/CVA population.
• The role requires managing cardiac drips, including heparin and nitro.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Epic experience is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year.
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience).
• One completed travel assignment.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Experience with cardiac drips.
• Strong cardiac background.

Preferred

• Previous charge experience.
• Epic experience.
