Overview

  • Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California.
  • Float pool position, not unit based.
  • Based at Parnassus.
  • 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
  • Schedule cycle is 4 weeks; the shift may switch in a later cycle depending on need.
  • Must be able to float to other facilities and departments.
  • ICU RNs float to all TCUs and ICUs, ED, and PACU.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting
  • Two supervisory references
  • Completed references must be available at time of submission

Preferred

  • 2.5 years ICU experience
  • NIHSS

Schedule

  • 36 hours per week
  • 12-hour day/night rotating shifts

Contract Length

  • 25 weeks
