Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• Philips MRI equipment experience
• South Carolina license verification required

Required Experience / Skills

• Philips equipment experience

Work Conditions

• Local candidates may be accepted on a case-by-case basis if within 60 miles
• Block scheduling may be requested before assignment, but is not guaranteed
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

• Annual background check covering all locations lived/worked for the past 7 years
• OFAC sanctions list search
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Education verification
• Proof of 2 clinical references
• Complete application/resume
• Skills checklist, updated annually
• Physical exam, updated annually
• Tdap within 10 years of start or declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Drug screen within 90 days of start
• Color blind testing
• Competency exam
• Orientation modules and job description acknowledgment before start
• Badge photo required before start
• South Carolina state exclusion list

Additional Notes

• Radiation badge is not required for this role
• COVID vaccination is not required, but is highly preferred
• Flu documentation or approved exemption is required during flu season
