Job Overview

• Travel/contract RN position in Saint Louis, Missouri
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: 3–4 weeks out per compliance tier
• Patient ratio: 1:5
• First-time travelers accepted
• Pending license accepted
• Local candidates not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
• No on-call requirement
• No block scheduling
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Floating: within the service line as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Phlebotomy
• Interpretation and management of cardiac dysrhythmias
• Experience with Epic

Skills and Experience

• Experience with bariatrics, trachs, endo oncology, MIS, plastics, orthopedics, and ophthalmology
• Ability to assist with mobility and CHG baths

Unit Details

• Post-op medical-surgical patient population
• EKGs may be performed/read by RNs when needed
• Sit/stand lift, Hoyer lift, bladder scanner, and EKG machine available on the unit
