ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract role in New Orleans, Louisiana
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 hours per week
8-week contract

Unit Details

Float pool position with floating to multiple ICU areas as needed
Patient ratio: 1:2
Every other weekend required
Holiday coverage required
No call requirement
Strict 5-day maximum RTO
Navy blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Critical Care Float (2 years of experience)
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

CPI certification preferred
CCRN certification preferred

Additional Notes

Background check, drug screening, health documentation, and onboarding compliance items are required before start
Employment application must include 7 years of work history with no gaps over 30 days
