Job Overview

• Location: Tampa, Florida
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Start date: ASAP
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)
• Hours per week: 40
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Daily caseload: 20–30 patients per tech

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Florida
• Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT
• PACS skills
• Contrast administration skills
• Biopsies skills
• Stents experience
• Ablations experience
• Angioplasty experience
• Angiograms experience
• Nephogram experience
• Kyphoplasty experience
• Peripherals experience

Schedule / Work Expectations

• Weekend work required
• On-call required: 8–10 call days per month, including one Saturday per month
• 30-minute response time for call
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted
• No RTO allowed in contract

Additional Notes

• On-call sleep rooms available
• Block schedule may be discussed in interview
• Pending license not accepted
• Cerner is preferred for charting
• Scrub color: black or navy
