Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Critical care experience within the last 12 months
Experience with adult trauma and burns patients
Experience caring for tracheostomy patients
Experience with spinal cord injury patients
Experience with complex sleep disordered breathing
Ventilator management experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric experience

Clinical Experience Needed

Experience with adult trauma and burns
Experience with medically and neurologically complicated patients
Experience with tracheostomy patients

Monitoring

Patient populations include BPICU, SICU, MICU, and NSICU
Unit sees patients of all ages, with a small pediatric population
Busy ED with ECLS transfers
