Registered Nurse (RN) - Temp Position

Location: Batesville, Arkansas

Job Summary

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and visitors.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of Operating Room (OR) experience required.
• Must be able to circulate in the following specialties: GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Vascular.
• Experience with Pediatric to Geriatric populations required.
• MediTech electronic medical record (EMR) experience required.

Certifications

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

Licensure

• Active Arkansas nursing license required.
• Compact license allowed if active.

Additional Requirements

• Work history and skills checklist current to within 1 year, pertinent to the specialty.
• Two supervisory references with dates of employment.
• Candidates must reside outside a 90-mile radius of Batesville (applicants within 90-150 miles may be reviewed but not guaranteed selection).

• Unit size: 11 beds
• RN to patient ratio: 1:1
• EMR system: MediTech
• Trauma Level: III
• Dress code: Hospital provided scrubs

Contract Length

• 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
