Job Overview
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Employment type: Local travel assignment
Required Qualifications
- Current CT Technologist license/certification as applicable
- BLS certification through AHA
- At least 2 professional references
- Current driver’s license or state ID
- Completion of required license/certificate verification
- Completion of required skills checklist for the specialty
- Completion of required education verification
- Completion of required background check
- Completion of required drug screen
- Completion of required health documentation and immunization/titer requirements, including:
- MMR
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B
- Tdap
- TB screening
- Health statement or physical exam
- Fit test
Onboarding / Pre-Start Requirements
- Signed assignment agreement
- Resume/profile submission
- Badge photo
- Core competencies training/testing
- Medical imaging onboarding education attestation
- Assignment confirmation documentation
- Employment verification
