Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Valid RN license in Kansas
Minimum of 2 years ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
CPI or MOAB certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Completion of specialty competency exams with minimum 80% passing score (Ascension Specialty Exam, EKG Exam)
Core competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score
Color vision test, health statement, and physical exam updated annually
Drug screening (12-panel) within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter
Fit test for respiratory protection (annual update)
Immunizations and health requirements including:
- MMR (two vaccines or positive titer, no declinations)
- Varicella (two vaccines or immunity proof, no declinations)
- Tdap (valid within 10 years, no declinations)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine during flu season (mask required if declined)
- TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA, chest x-ray if positive)

Professional resume/profile
Two professional references
Driver’s license or state ID (valid, matching address requirements)
Criminal background check including SSN trace, OIG, National Sex Offender, and other relevant searches within 30 days of assignment start
Employment verification for past seven years
Education verification relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start

Signed assignment agreement and confirmation of assignment
Completion of onboarding education attestations and modules
Skills checklist for clinical specialty, updated annually
Badge photo (headshot with white or blue background, no filters)
On-site CPI/MOAB High Risk training portion at orientation (optional but recommended)

All certifications and verifications must be current and compliant with facility standards
Some onboarding documents and tests must be updated every 1-3 years depending on the requirement
Candidate must be prepared to complete certain training and testing prior to or immediately upon assignment start
