Job Description

• Position: Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health Unit (BHU)
• Preference for candidates available through the end of January and the first week of February
• Must meet minimum compliance requirements prior to starting
• Full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date
• Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks

Required Certifications & Compliance

• Active nursing license verification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination
• COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses plus booster) or declination completed
• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or declination (declinations not accepted)
• TB test within one year of start date
• Driver's license, State ID, or Passport
• Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted)
• Physical/Health Statement completed within 60 days of start date, must state clear to work
• National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date (must be completed before assignment for Behavioral Health unit in Nevada)
• Drug screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC, completed within 60 days of start date
• Various facility-specific attestations, exams, and checklists including:

  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80% score)
  • Prime Skills Checklist
  • Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80% score)
  • Prime Agency Attestation
  • Prime Criminal Background Check
  • Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search
  • Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
  • Prime Orientation Packet
  • Prime Job Description signed by employee

Additional Requirements

• Resume must be up to date and reflect accurate and recent work history at time of offer acceptance
• Two professional references required, including one from a manager or direct supervisor
• Notarized name affidavit required for any name discrepancies between credentials
• Clear headshot photo may be requested for onboarding
