Role Requirements

OR RN experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center
AORN preferred

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Connecticut
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
1 year of OR - Operating Room experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients

Onboarding / Compliance

COVID-19 vaccine documentation or declination/exemption
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
MMR documentation
Fit test within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination
2-step PPD or IGRA within 1 year of start
Varicella documentation
Physical/health statement within the last year
