EEG Technician Travel Job – Duluth, Minnesota

Position Overview

• Job Title: Technician (EEG Tech)
• Employment Type: Travel contract
• Location: Duluth, Minnesota
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 8-hour day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week (may vary during holidays or low census)
• Float: Will remain within main campus
• On Call/Call Back: Required on weekends and holidays (every other weekend for call; holidays as needed)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and outpatient EEG procedures
• May perform EKG as time allows
• Charting experience required using EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EEG Tech experience
• BLS Certification (BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider) from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network
• Preferred: ABRET certification (American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologists)

Additional Information

• Radius Rule: Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Scrub colors: Green or Light Blue (can be provided)
• Contract eligible for up to 36 hours during low census weeks
• Weekend and holiday call coverage required
