Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Specialty: Critical Care Unit (CCU)
Shift: 12-hour variable shifts
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Floating: Float to similar units within skillset and other nearby locations within a 40-mile radius (pre-scheduled if needed)
On Call/Call Back: Possible low census on-call with a minimum 2-hour callback

Wisconsin RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
Minimum 2+ years ICU experience (higher years of experience requirement applies)
Prior critical access or rural experience highly preferred
Experience with pediatric patients is occasional and limited to surgical cases (ENT or ortho)
Charting experience with EPIC preferred but not required

Patient ratio: 1:2
Radius rule: Must live outside 50 miles from the facility
Flu season policy: Travelers declining flu and COVID vaccinations must wear a mask at all times (mandatory compliance)
Contract includes 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
No specific scrub color required

This position is ideal for experienced ICU nurses comfortable with rural or critical access settings and flexible with floating and on-call duties.
