RN - Telemetry - Contract
Role Overview
- Registered Professional Nurse providing safe, competent, quality care to assigned patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
- Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
- Schedule: 3x12 with weekends required.
- Staffing ratio: 1:5.
- Unit size: 24 beds; average census 22.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York.
- Telemetry experience with 2 years of experience.
- Telemetry experience within the last year.
- BLS.
- ACLS.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Travel nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC experience.
Travel Requirement
- Prior travel experience required for travel positions; not required for per diem positions.
Assignment Details
- Contract length: 9 weeks.
- Travel nursing experience is listed among the unit skills.
- Charge nurse duties may be assigned.
