Job Summary

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician’s medical diagnosis, and functional health framework.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manage care of patients.
• Document care according to standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support adoption of innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
• Other duties as assigned.

Contract Length

Approximately 45 weeks (316 days).
