Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation including call

Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Must comply with a drug-free workplace policy and produce a negative drug screen for all panels

Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
Call off policy allows the equivalent of 12 hours off every 13 weeks without penalty or pay obligation
Local rate adjustments apply for clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles
