Job Overview

• Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
• Schedule: Day shift; 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with variable days off
• Hours: 40 per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Orthopedics experience

Job Details

• Unit: Operating Room
• Suite count: 3
• Average cases per day: 10–12
• Common cases: Orthopedics, podiatry, pain management, breast, GYN, general surgery, occasional urology
• Scrubbing: Not required for RNs, but preferred
• Charge role: May be asked to serve as charge nurse; charge experience is a plus
• Call requirements: Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call required
• Call response time: 30 minutes
• Floating: May float to another campus if needed
• Orientation: Provided, with length based on experience

• Surgery scheduling requires weekday and weekend call coverage
