Job Overview

Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Facility: Medical center campus in Omaha
Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday
Shift length: 8 hours
Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks
Call: No call

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)
BLS (AHA)
Driver’s license required at submittal
Must be outside the 50-mile radius rule
Cannot be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity

Additional Hiring/Orientation Requirements

Must pass an open-book exam on skills learned during orientation with a score of 90% or higher

Work Setting and Duties

Outpatient infusion
Infusions include chemotherapy, antibiotics, blood, iron, and fluids
Also performs various injections

Preferences

Chemo-certified nurses are strongly preferred

Important Policies

Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
