Travel PPV Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 17 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
On Call/Weekend Requirement: None
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits

Job Description / Responsibilities

Conduct RN OASIS Start of Care (SOC) assessments
Perform RN discharge planning
Complete RN recertifications
Medication setup and wound care management

Home Health

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software

Preferred Skills and Attributes

Strong communication skills
Positive attitude

Dress Code

Any solid color scrubs

Education Requirement

Minimum: Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

Productivity expectations: 25-30 points per week
Coverage areas include Marion, Hamilton, and Johnson counties in Indiana
