ICU RN – Nights

Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week (3 shifts of 12 hours)
Schedule: Every Other Weekend required
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Description

• Provide critical care nursing in an ICU setting during night shifts.
• Start as soon as possible.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Rhode Island
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RN Critical Care
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
• ICU experience within the last year
• Current BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Required Credentials & Compliance

• COVID-19 vaccination series plus booster or completed declination.
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B.
• Annual Influenza vaccine or declination (seasonal requirement).
• Annual TB test.
• Annual respirator fit test.
• Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work.
• National criminal background check within one year of start date.
• Drug screening (minimum 10-panel including THC) within 60 days of start.
• Driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
• Completion of specialty and core competency exams with a minimum score of 80%.
• Completion of workplace violence prevention training.
• Submission of updated resume and two professional references (one from a manager or supervisor).
• Completion of orientation packet and agency attestation.

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Must be able to work night shifts and every other weekend.
• Compliance with all facility-specific onboarding requirements is mandatory.
