Operating Room

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Bend, Oregon
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients
Experience with craniotomy
Ortho Trauma experience
Experience with Epic
Call required: 2 weeknights every 6 weeks, plus one weekend Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shift every month and a half
No locals within a 75-mile radius; proof of address required
Pending license accepted case by case

Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation
Negative 12-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
Flu vaccination or declination/exemption during flu season
COVID vaccination preferred; declination or exemption required if never vaccinated
Respiratory safety clearance
Skills checklist annually
