Travel/Contract role in Torrance, California
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
40 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Home Health (2 years of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience in home health
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with OASIS

Schedule / Assignment Details

Start time is 0800 and must be followed
Weekend requirement: 1 full weekend and 1 additional weekend shift per 6 weeks
Territory: LA County
Mileage radius: 5–20 miles
Mileage reimbursement is provided per IRS standard
No on-call requirement
Locals are accepted with no radius rule
Caseload: 5–6 patients per day
Home health is paid hourly, not per visit

Notes

Supervisory or higher references are due at time of submission
Driver’s license is required for home health workers
