Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Montana
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT

Preferred

RCIS is preferred

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

Current and valid driver’s license, state ID, government photo ID, or passport
Proof of name change, if applicable
7-year background check within 30 days of start, with annual renewal
EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
Education verification of the highest level of education
Fit mask testing within 90 days prior to start, unless completed onsite
Negative TB test or chest X-ray, with annual renewal
Drug screening within 30 days of start, with annual renewal
COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption during the required season
Two references, including a direct supervisor reference from within the last year
Current employment application covering 7 years of employment history with explanation for gaps over 30 days
Application missing information tracking form
Skills checklist, as applicable

Additional Notes

Montana state license must be applied for immediately upon offer acceptance
