Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Marrero, Louisiana
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Facility is open to 36/48 rotating or 48 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Unit Details

• General MS, Diabetes Renal Insufficiency, some Overnight Ortho, Vascular Insufficiency, Wound Patients, and backup for Stroke Unit
• 1:6 ratio, or 1:4 if cardiac drip
• Float: yes
• Weekend requirement: yes
• Holidays: yes, at least 2 of 3 holidays
• Holiday blackout dates: 10/31, 11/26, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1
• Scrubs: Navy Blue or combination with White

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias & Telemetry
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• NIH
• ACLS

• Special equipment: Alaris Pumps & Vital Sync Monitors
• RTO under 5 days or add time to the end of the contract
