Job Overview

• Location: Tillamook, Oregon
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 18:00–06:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Oregon
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Neonatal experience
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Three years of technical experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Master’s degree

Experience / Skills

• EPIC familiarity
• Neonatal experience

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• 2 clinical references verified within 1 year of start
• Completed application/resume with 7-year work history, including locations and gaps
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Current picture identification
• Background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG screening within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 90 days of start
• Drug test within 30 days before start
• TB screening within 30 days of start
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years or positive titer
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation or declination as allowed
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation or signed declination
• Fit testing for an approved mask
• Flu vaccination or facility-specific declination/exemption as required by state
• Signed waiver of benefits acknowledgement
• Signed confidentiality agreement
• Signed assignment of intellectual property rights
• Signed contractor compliance education form
• Annual vaccinations required where applicable
