Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
• PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS

Clinical Details

• Patient age range: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
• Ratio: 1:4
• Number of rooms/beds: 16
• Common patient populations include orthopedic, neurology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, thoracic surgery, urology, and gynecology

Work Expectations

• Floating within the specialty is required
• Floating with pre-op is required for this contract
• Floating to a sister facility may also be required as needed

Additional Notes

• On-call is not currently implemented
• Navy blue scrubs are required
