Valid RN license in Montana
OR - Operating Room (3 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Experience with neuro surgical procedures: ALIF, Anterior Cervical Fusion, Cervical Fusions, Craniotomy, Insertion of VP Shunt, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Lumbar Fusion, XLIF
Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience
Strong experience in General, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular surgery
Thoracic Surgery experience

References are required: 2 references, including a direct supervisor reference from within the last year
Employment history must be current and include 7 years of employment with explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
Candidate must disclose any prior work at the facility site
