Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in New Haven, Connecticut.
Cross-trains and floats between campuses.
Short Term Acute Care setting.
Level I Trauma Center.
1,567 staffed beds.
Epic charting.
36 hours per week, day shift (3x12 hours), 7:00–19:00.
Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Connecticut.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
ED - Emergency Department (1.5 years of experience).
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course.
NIHSS.

Preferred

2 years of experience.
NIH Stroke Certification.
EKG competency exam.
CPI.
Tdap within 10 years of start.
