Overview

  • Travel/contract RN role in Saint Louis, Missouri
  • Start date: 3–4 weeks out per compliance tier, with biweekly starts
  • Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:15
  • 36 hours per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • First-timers accepted

Unit / Float Scope

  • Based in MS/Tele Float
  • Floats to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro
  • Nurses float between medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Missouri
  • Float experience within the last year
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • IV Certification
  • IV start
  • Experience with lift devices (ceiling lifts)
  • Bladder scanner
  • Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation
  • No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract

  • NIH

  • No on-call
  • No block schedule
  • Local candidates are not accepted within a 75-mile radius
  • Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
  • Special requirements: lift devices, ceiling lifts, bladder scanner
