Cath Lab Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Prestonsburg, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday
• On-call: 1-2 times during the week and 1-2 weekends per month
• Float within scope of practice required
• Must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI (heart attack) call response
• Nurse-to-patient ratios may fluctuate based on census and call-ins
• Orientation occurs bi-weekly; start date is immediate upon assignment confirmation
• Candidate must reside within 75 miles of the facility to be considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
