Job Overview

Location: Hazard, Kentucky
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Hours per week: 40
Schedule notes: On-call required, every other weekend required, and floating required within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

2 years of CVOR Technologist experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
Fresh Heart experience
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
NCCT
Valid driver's license
Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility

Additional Requirements

2 references within 1 year of start date
7-year work history verification
Background check
Drug test
Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
Negative TB or chest X-ray
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
Kentucky vulnerable adult maltreatment registry verification
APS/CPS search results
Skills checklist
Employment application with education and work history
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
Competency and compliance documents required prior to start
