Job Opportunity: Speech Language Pathologist - School Setting

Job Description
- School year assignment for 2026-2027
- Work with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade
- In-person position only
- Maximum caseload of 60 students
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM (5 days a week, 7.5 hours per day)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Must have Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (no conditional ESA accepted)
- Driver's license
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required as an individual provider (if not held, candidate must apply)
- Fingerprint background check compliant with Washington OSPI requirements within 12 months of start
- Criminal background check within 1 year of start, including multiple searches (SS trace, federal, nationwide, county, sex offender, FACIS Level 1M)
- Completion of Mandatory Reporter training (annual renewal required)
- Completion of Safe Schools Training annually after orientation
- Educational Services state teaching certificate/license verification required (must be verified twice: at offer and 30 days prior to start)
- Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement (annual update required)
