Role Summary

  • Provides mobile X-ray services to nursing homes, health care facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.
  • Performs EKGs as needed and transmits them for interpretation when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Radiology Technician license in California
  • ARRT
  • Driver's License
  • Radiology Technician experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Radiology Technician experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and process portable X-rays using digital or computed radiography equipment
  • Unload portable X-ray equipment and bring it into facilities to complete ordered exams
  • Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images
  • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily
  • Communicate with dispatch and management
  • Communicate professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients
  • Maintain the vehicle and X-ray equipment
