Registered Nurse — Medical-Surgical

Shift

• 12-hour nights
• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend rotation up to every other weekend, as few as every 4th weekend
• Holiday rotation
• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks

Float Requirements

• Float to the ED for helping hands as needed
• Float to another nearby facility as needed
• Must be open to floating within a 60-mile radius

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience
• Medical-Surgical experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS issued by the American Heart Association
• Epic experience

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred
• Point of Care Testing experience strongly preferred

Additional Notes

• No new travelers; at least one completed contract is required
• Zoom interview with the manager
• Good communicator and team player
• Training includes Warming Kitchen protocols
