Job Type

Travel
13-week contract
40 hours per week

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
May need to start early or stay late based on case volume and acuity
Every 3rd weekend
Holiday rotation
On-call requirements include 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month, and 1 backup shift per week
30-minute response time for call
May be assigned additional mandated call
May float to other Central locations if needed

Required Qualifications

Completion of high school education
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CST or NBSTSA or NCCT
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
2 years of CVOR Technologist experience
One completed travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

Set up the operative suite and ensure supplies are ready
Scrub surgical cases across a variety of specialties
Turn over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day
Assist with case carts and downtime tasks such as pulling carts and cleaning
Cardiac/thoracic and thoracic robot experience are needed

Additional Notes

Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
Flu and COVID vaccination policy applies; if vaccination is declined, masking is required at all times during flu season
