Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit
Location
Utica, New York
Schedule
- Night shift
- 36 hours per week
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Driver's License
- Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
- Experience with Epic
Experience Preferences
- 4 to 5 years of ICU experience preferred
- Heart experience highly preferred
Assignment Details
- Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted
- Floating is required to all units except Behavioral and ER, unless holding
- Navy scrubs
Unit Overview
- 42-bed ICU
- Patient populations include neuro/medical, CTICU, and surgical/trauma cases
- Specialty equipment includes IABP, CRRT, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM
