- 24 beds
- Typical patient ratio is 1:2; may be 1:1 or 1:3 depending on acuity and staffing
- Patient population includes medical, surgical, trauma, and stroke patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
Preferred Qualifications
- NIHSS certification
Schedule and Work Expectations
- Weekend coverage as required by the facility
- Standby for low census with 1-hour report time
- Floating to areas of clinical competence
Additional Notes
- Flu vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations and exceptions are not accepted
- Black scrubs are required
- No t-shirts or sweatshirts unless approved by the facility
