RN - Post Partum/Mom Baby

Job Overview

• Travel RN position in Florence, Alabama
• 8-week contract
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly orientation on Mondays
• Block scheduling available
• 48-hour weekly guarantees available
• Must be able to start 7–10 days after offer acceptance

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama
• Maternal - Newborn (3 years of experience)
• Maternal - Newborn experience within the last year
• ACLS or ALS-OB
• NRP
• EFM
• BLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

• Labor and Delivery unit
• 9 beds
• Adult patient population
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Float assignment to postpartum

• Normal spontaneous labor
• Preterm labor
• Gestational hypertension
• Preeclampsia
• Placenta previa
• Placental abruption

• Postpartum hemorrhage

Dress Code

• Ceil blue scrubs
• No non-compliant scrub colors
• No scrubs with slogans, graphics, or offensive content
• Appropriate footwear required
