ICU RN Travel Assignment - Osage Beach, Missouri

Job Details

• Location: Osage Beach, Missouri
• Specialty: ICU RN
• Contract Length: 10 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), every other weekend (EOW)
• Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week (1 shift per 4 weeks with low census)

Experience & Certifications

• Required Specialty Experience: 3 years ICU RN experience
• Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
• Required Certifications:

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
  • TNCC
  • NIHSS

Unit Information

• Combination of PCU (Progressive Care Unit) and ICU
• PCU is a designated stroke unit
• Unit is cardiac-heavy with vasoactive drips and rhythm knowledge preferred
• Nurse-to-patient ratios:

  • 1:4 in PCU
  • Lower ratio in ICU
• Number of beds in unit: 18
• Meditech experience highly preferred
• Nurses may be floated to all units within the hospital

• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per pay period
• Night and weekend rotation required
