Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC/SNF

Location: Velva, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

A Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse traveler with recent experience in LTC/SNF settings. The role involves working 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday required.

Patient Population & Work Environment

• Facility size: 46 beds
• Patient types: Dementia/Memory Loss, Wound Care, IV therapy, Rehabilitation therapy
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1 to 46 with a Medication Aide
• Electronic Medical Record system: PointClickCare (PCC)
• IV certification required for LPNs

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Location-specific orientation provided

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
• Minimum 2 years recent LTC/SNF specialty experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Charge nurse experience
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR system

• No on-call or call-back required or billable
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a fee

Certifications

• BLS Certification required
