  • 40 hours per week
  • 4 ten-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

  • Active California Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • 2 years of specialty experience
  • 1 year of acute care hospital experience

Schedule and Work Setting

  • Every third weekend, with the possibility of every other weekend
  • No floating
  • 8 hours of orientation
  • Hospital-based rehab setting

Clinical Notes

  • Primary patient types include cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, ICU, neuro, and med-surg
  • Low-volume pediatric and neonatal ICU cases are present, but experience in those areas is not required

Great hospital. Kind and friendly staff.

Cons

The cafeteria is a hit and miss. Some days they have great sea food with saffron rice! Some days microwaved food :D. But there is alwaaaaays, pizza available ;)
