Overview

Location: Prescott, Arizona
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts, Sunday–Saturday, 0630-1700
Department: Cardiac Sonographer 759000
Scanners/rooms: 2-3 per location
Float/coverage: Covers 4 locations; 2 locations at each YRMC campus, with one inpatient and one outpatient at each campus
Average volume: 6-9 scans/studies per day

Required Qualifications

BLS
RDCS
Minimum 2 years of experience
Experience with TEE and TTE
Structured Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric experience
Treadmill/Dobutamine Stress Test Echo
Starting IVs

Additional Details

Uses Cerner for EMR
Uses Merge Cardio for PACS
Equipment: Phillips Ultrasound
No Registered Radiology Assistants
In-house radiologist for inpatient areas; tests are read by the cardiologist
Rotating weekends
Holiday coverage likely
Call/standby may be required
Scrubs are not provided; teal scrubs required
Orientation is 2 days: 1 inpatient day and 1 outpatient day
