Job Description
- Serve as a House Supervisor in a hospital setting as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide professional and clinical knowledge and skills in patient care provision and management.
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system and bed board management.
- Experience with HICS (Hospital Incident Command System), staffing dashboards, and UKG schedule modification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory RN experience.
- At least 1 completed prior travel contract (prior travel experience required).
- Valid RN license for Wisconsin.
- Driver’s license.
- Work history/resume.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- License verification.
- Copy of required certifications.
- One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (exceptions apply for Madison with a rate adjustment).
Additional Information
- Orientation dates available throughout the year.
- Night shift position.
- Call back and on-call responsibilities with specified multipliers for overtime and holiday pay.
This position is ideal for experienced RN supervisors with prior travel contract experience looking for a temporary assignment in a hospital setting with leadership responsibilities.
