Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Open to first-time travelers
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Shifts are variable and rotate weekly, with attempts to block shifts:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
  • 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (overnight shifts are blocked Thursday through Saturday)

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiology/Cardiology specialty
• Experience with GE equipment required

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA, ARC, Military acceptable)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification as required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification as required
• State license primary source verification required
• Background checks including 7-year criminal search, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG
• PA Child Abuse Search and PA FBI Fingerprinting within required timeframes
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella) or facility-specific declination forms
• Flu and COVID vaccination or facility-specific declination required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Alcohol breathalyzer test within 30 days of start (with some location exceptions)
• Professional references (2 within last 3 years)
• Annual competency exams and skills checklists as applicable

Additional Notes

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Photo for badge (passport style, no filters) required
• Completion of facility-specific orientation packets and acknowledgements prior to start
• Completion of bloodborne pathogen quiz prior to start
• Crisis management certifications (MAB, CPI, or equivalent) required for certain units (Emergency, Behavioral Health, Acute Care) with annual renewal
• Medication/pharmacology competency exams required as applicable
