Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Lebanon, Indiana
• Start date: ASAP
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Shift: 3x12, 18:00–06:30
• Weekend requirement: minimum 3 weekends per 6-week schedule
• Holiday rotation required
• Call: none
• Floating: yes, will float if needed; may float to like units within scope
• Ratios: 1:2
• First-timers accepted
• Local candidates accepted if they live within 50 miles of the hospital

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with bedside procedures
• Experience with conscious or moderate sedation

Unit / Clinical Details

• ICU and Progressive Care patients requiring pressors, sedation, thrombolytic therapy, electrolyte replacement, cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator/BiPAP support
• Bedside procedures may include chest tube placement, intubation, line placement, cardioversions, lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and conscious sedation
