Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• Current and valid state ID, government photo ID, or passport
• Current legal name must match certifications and licenses
• Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech credential
• National technical certification verification is required for this role
• State license verification is required within 30 days of start
• Negative drug screen within 30 days of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• COVID vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption
• Flu vaccination or approved declination/exemption during flu season
• 2 references, including a direct supervisor reference within the last year
• Current employment application with 7 years of employment history and explanation for gaps over 30 days
• Application missing-information tracking form
• Skills checklist, as applicable
• Background check required within 30 days of start and renewed annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start
• Education verification of the highest level completed

• Fit testing is required unless completed onsite
